Lou Lou Blouse

After being very happy with my black and white blouse I then ordered the blue and white blouse that was available on the website on my size.
After one week it hadn’t been dispatched and my 3 emails were not answered. I then made an enquiry through Facebook messenger, I received a response with a follow up email the next day explaining the top wasn’t available in my size even though it still says it is in the website. I was offered a different colour which I eventually accepted. I did notice on the website that the black that I accepted was not available in my size but this wasn’t mentioned.
When the top arrived the larger size was crossed out and the size that I ordered was handwritten!
Apparently this was an ‘oversight’ and ‘human error.’
This was disappointing right from the beginning when my emails went unanswered, I have now given the top away and won’t be purchasing from this store again.

Beautiful Blouse!

I waited months for this blouse and it finally arrived towards the end of last Summer here in the States - well worth it! It’s darling, and the staff always communicated with me throughout the delay. I have it on today since we’re starting to warm up again, and I’m receiving lot’s of compliments! It’s so cute!

The fabric is quality. The fit is perfect. It’s a bit long in the back because I’m on the shorter side. However a simple alternation will make it perfect.
