I ordered a dress and because it was so popular it was out of stock. After emailing the company they worked with me to resolve the issue. It took a few emails back and forward and because they weren’t able to fill my original order they made sure I was happy and suggested another dress that I might like. Originally I was unhappy but because of their customer service I am now satisfied and will buy from them again.
