Please use the following as a guide to help you decide which size to buy. Measurements given below are body measurements.

a. Arm: Measure from your shoulder bone to your wrist.

b. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms down.

c. Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your natural waistline.

d. Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip, normally 20/23cm from your waist.
